Rohnert Park/Cotati Real Estate
Rohnert Park and Cotati are two separate
cities, but are often linked together due
to their proximity and their shared school
district. While this area used to be fields
of seed farms, mostly of sweet peas, it
is now home to around 40,000 people. Rohnert
Park is divided into sections : for instance,
all the streets in 'G section' will begin
with the letter G. Every section has a park,
and many sections have an elementary school.
What Rohnert Park lacks in a centralized
plaza, it makes up for in locality. Sonoma
State University occupies 269 acres for
it's beautiful campus, with views of Sonoma
Mountain across the fields to Penngrove.
Just north of Petaluma, Rohnert Park and
Cotati are great for commuters and families
alike.
